Return Policy

We're committed to providing fresh, high-quality local produce and supermarket items delivered to villas in Rethymnon, Crete. Because so much of the product is perishable, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with safety and quality considerations.

General Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, bakery products, etc., are normally non-returnable after delivery, due to health and safety laws.
  • Non-Perishable Items: Canned food, bottled beverages, packaged snacks, and home appliances can be returned if in original packaging, unopened, and in packaging.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.
  • We will investigate the case and, if it warrants it, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds will be issued only for products that are found to be damaged, expired, or supplied in error.
  • We have the right to request return of the faulty product before refund or replacement is made.
  • Return postage due to our error will be covered by WeRun4U.

  • How to initiate a Return

  • Notify our customer support within 6 hours of receipt.
  • Produce order details and evidence of fault.
  • Return the item as directed by us if the situation arises.

  • Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Certain products, like fresh fruits and vegetables, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Special orders or customized products are non-returnable except if they are defective or wrong.
